In this ESL session, we will discuss the difference between formal and informal language as well as how to use polite forms when asking questions, making requests and offering suggestions.


About this event

By attending this session, you will learn the appropriate tone used in workplace settings. Some of the questions we will explore in our session include: What language forms work best in a work situation ? When is it appropriate to use informal language? What forms in questions, requests, and comments are considered too informal for workplace communication?
